A collaboration with Piasente Construction to design the best possible house to maximize the views from this challenging sloped block in one of Inverloch's premier addresses.

The db design team were really excited to design this large family beach house in Inverloch on a canvas of only 368sqm we had to pull out all the stops to deliver a practical and live-able design that ticked all the boxes for the owners including dual living areas, dual balconies to make the most of the amazing view and also a private outdoor entertaining area complete with a large spa! We're really proud of this design and Piasente Construction have done an amazing job with the intricate build. Bring on the next challenge!
